Poster Session

1. Poster Size: The poster dimensions should be 100 cm (length) by 90 cm (width)
2. Poster Session: The session is scheduled for June 28, from 16:00 to 18:00, and will take place at the Lijiao Building (理教楼). This session provides a valuable opportunity for discussions and interactions with researchers, attendees, and potential employers.
3. Poster Award Competition: If you are eligible for the competition, your posters will be judged by the committee during the session on June 28, from 16:00 to 18:00. Winners will be notified on June 29, and the award ceremony will take place in the evening of June 29.
4. Poster award evaluation criteria:
• Statistical methodology and theories: novelty and appropriateness
• Applications: significance, importance, and impact
• Poster quality: style, organization, and visuals
• Presentation quality: clear presentation
5. point score scale:
• 5 = Outstanding
• 4 = Very Good
• 3 = Average
• 2 = Below average
• 1 = Poor

Call for Junior Researcher Award

The ICSA 2025 China Conference has established a Junior Researcher Award. Students or Junior Researchers are encouraged to submit a high-quality research paper on cutting-edge statistical methodology, novel applications of statistical methods to problems in other disciplines, or other suitable contributions to statistics and data sciences. Jointly authored papers are acceptable, but the applicant is expected to be the lead author and present the work in the meeting.

The applicant is either a graduate student or has graduated with a PhD within 3 years (after January 1, 2022). The applicant needs to compress a cover letter, a curriculum vita of the applicant, and an unpublished representative paper (not be published or accepted before April 30, 2025) into one file and submit it to the ICSA email: china2025@icsa.org. Please indicate in the email that you are applying for the Junior Researcher Award: the applicant's name, a graduate student or researcher within three years of graduation, and your current employer.

The applicant must be an ICSA member or join ICSA at the time of registration, attend the ICSA 2025 China Conference, and present a report at the conference to be held in Zhuhai, China from June 28 to June 29, 2025.

ICSA will select the winners from the applicants and announce the results during the conference.

The application deadline is April 30, 2025.
